It is true that water is extremely important for our overall health. Water is of the utmost importance to everything functioning properly in our bodies. How much water should you drink is a question I receive almost daily. Some of my answers are until your urine is clear, until you urinate regularly though the day, when your headaches are gone, or until you stop drinking juices and sodas. Also just to let you know coffee and tea is not water when you are trying to incorporate more of it daily. Happy H20 drinking!
